Hi I'm Jonny Veth, my fitness journey started when I was 19 just a young teenager trying to look fit and get big, but with no knowledge. Fast forward to my mid 30's that is when I took it seriously counting calories macros you name it. When I was 34, I competed in my first bodybuilding show WA State on July 2017 and that is when I saw dramatic changes during the 20 week prep. It is when I learn how food works with the body and how my body responded. Fast forward and 5 shows in chasing for that IFBB Pro Card to now I am very knowledgeable in contest prep dieting and lifestyle dieting as well. I am certified NASM Trainer since 2019 and as well a CNC Nutrition counselor as well. With my experience in training and certification I can help you get to your goals and get you to be feeling a better you.

How long will I see results?
Its going to be from person to person not everyone is the same, as well if your goal is to loose body fat then you'll have to be in a deficit. As for timing there's no set time frame.
How is the training provided?
You'll meet up with me 2-3 times a month based on schedules, the rest of the training and meal plan will be on the app itself catering towards your goal. Comes with full tutorial videos recorded personally by me.
